The condition of your feet can reveal much about your health. If the skin on your feet is dry, flaky and scaly, you're probably hydrated and need to drink more water. I want to share this knowledge with you through my blog. You learn how to protect your feet by making healthier choices in your life, as well as tips on when to see a podiatrist and why. Good luck and thanks for stopping by.
